It was a wet and stormy start on this Monday. After receiving anywhere between a half an inch to over 2 inches of rain across South Florida the showers started to move out by late morning. This will allow for a dome of high pressure to build over the area from the Western Atlantic later today and stay in control for the rest of the week. We are expecting the possibility of some pockets of showers by the afternoon but the rain will not be as widespread as this morning. High pressure will provide for a drier, more stable atmosphere dropping our rain chances through the rest of the week. This will provide for more sunshine with highs forecasted in the lower 90's.

Have a great day!
