Front Fizzles
Posted by Vivian Gonzalez
South Florida there is a weak front located around North Florida. This front will continue to weaken as it presses down our state. Ahead the clouds will build late in the day and most of the models are suggesting that isolated showers may be possible in the lower Florida Keys Thursday night.
By Friday, the clouds will be around and there is the possibility of seeing isolated showers as the cold front fizzles over South Florida on through Saturday morning. Overall the first weekend of 2013 is not looking too bad... As the front completely fizzles, the breeze will be picking up out of the East due to a strengthening area of high pressure building in around the Southeast United States. This should keep conditions mostly dry with the exception of a few coastal sprinkles likely with those in and out clouds. Temperatures will remain warm.
Have a wonderful Thursday South Florida and make it a safe one!
