This first full weekend of Spring will be steamy. A warm front is set to lift North and draw in heat and humidity from the Gulf of Mexico our way over the weekend. Right now we have bumped up the rain chances for Friday afternoon as the front is already lifting. Therefore, some showers and storms can't be ruled out this afternoon and evening as a result. Heading into Saturday it is looking good outside of it feeling more like Summer.
By Sunday, high temperatures will reach the upper 80s to near 90 degrees in the inland areas as a weak cold front approaches. This front will give a better chance of seeing showers and storms leading into Monday. Once the front clears we will see the humidity levels drop and temperatures by a couple degrees to make for cool mornings and mild afternoons starting Tuesday.
Have a great weekend and make it a safe one!
