Nice, for Now

It's a breezy weekend with seasonal temperatures... and "we'll take it." As you may know, recent weekends have been both wet and stormy! Finally, better conditions are here for your outdoor plans. Plan on a strong beach breeze again on Sunday, by the way. While there could be a fast-moving, spotty shower... most places will stay dry.
The current weather pattern for south Florida is one that will soon be changing. We're anticipating the combination of several factors that all point to one thing: rain! As high pressure (to our north) weakens and moves away, there will be a large "alley way" for deeper moisture to travel. Moisture levels will be increasing steadily by Tuesday as a front punches into Florida from the north and west. Storms will likely fire-up and steer toward the east coast with heavy downpours, at times (especially during the afternoon). Be prepared for the unsettled weather to continue through much of the week as the front lingers and some energy pulses (upper air disturbances) shift out of the Gulf of Mexico into Florida.
