South Florida dry days continue... We can't complain. Mother Nature is giving us a break from the rounds of rain we received last week. We have another area of high pressure starting to build from the Gulf of Mexico and as it moves slowly East, our winds will be swinging around from the South and eventually West-Southwest. This will help to draw in tropical type heat across South Florida. Therefore, look for mostly dry conditions, highs nearing 90 degrees each afternoon with the humidity rising from Thursday through Mother's Day Sunday.
Computer models are showing gradual changes for early next. Those changes will be due to a weak cold front approaching our state. This cold front is definitely not the cooling kind, but it will help bring more moisture to South Florida. Right now our next best chance of seeing some showers and isolated thunderstorms will be on Monday. Overall enjoy this nice weather while we have.
Have a wonderful Wednesday South Florida and make it a safe one!
