Spotty Storms & Warming Temps

Don't Put Your Umbrella Away Just Yet...
The skies were rumbling as spotty storms and clouds took over South Florida on Wednesday. Expect the towering clouds and muggy feeling in our thick air to stick around into the evening hours. Ample moisture streaming in from the tropics will also bring a chance of rain Wednesday night into Thursday. We will see more peeks of sunshine on Thursday with clouds building in the afternoon. The added heat will bring chances for another round of thunderstorms with slightly warmer temperatures.
A front sweeping through northern Florida will shift our winds out of the West from Friday and into the weekend. It will deliver a dose of steamy heat supplied by wet and warm air moving in from the Gulf of Mexico. Expect partly sunny skies teamed up with chances of spotty storms as peak temperatures flirt with the records for your Father's Day weekend.
