Stray Showers & Sunshine

South Florida Showers
Stray showers are in the works from Broward to Keys on Tuesday night. This activity is ahead of a weak frontal boundary to the north of Lake Okeechobee. As the front moves closer to South Florida by Wednesday, we'll see isolated showers favoring the Keys.
As the front clears out Thursday, and high pressure builds in, there will be fewer clouds and more sunshine into the weekend.
Eyes on the Tropics
A broad area of low pressure located 350 miles to the south-southwest of the Cape Verde Islands is looking a little less organized. But, conditions are favorable for this cluster of showers and thunderstorms to develop into a tropical cyclone. This feature has a medium chance over the next 3-5 days.
