Picture Perfect Days
Posted by Karlene Chavis
It's all about the sunshine this weekend! Drier air will continue to filter into South Florida as high pressure sits to the north of us. The rainfall chances will be below 10% for the next few days. By next week, we'll still see sunshine with more clouds on the scene and a slight chance (10-20%) of passing showers.
On Sunday, we have the perfect event for you! Take your family, friends, and kids to Esplande Park in Broward. At 11am, the Glam doll Strut will be taking place. Join Lynn Martinez, Steve Shapiro and Vivian Gonzales to help kiss breast cancer goodbye. Come say hello and have some fun! The weather will be picture perfect. Watching the Tropics
Still watching an area of low pressure in the Eastern Tropical Atlantic hundreds of miles away from the Cape Verde Islands. It has a medium chance of developing into a tropical cyclone over the next 3-5 days. BUT... if it develops it will be a hazard for the shipping lanes as models have it churning in open waters over 3000 miles away from Florida.
